About the job:
Our Gas Division is on a rapid growth path and requires a new Recruitment Resourcer to support existing and new business accounts. You will be:
* Taking detailed job specifications from the sales team.
* Resourcing and qualification of candidates that match your client’s criteria for the role.
* Management of both clients’ and candidates’ expectations.
* Arrangement of interviews.
* Job offer management.
* Expanding Orion's reach within the business to ensure all available business opportunities are maximised.
* Sales lead generation.
