Recruitment Consultant | Aylesbury | £25-30K
Our Client, based in Aylesbury, are currently looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join their busy and expanding office.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and sustain client relationships.
* Assist clients and candidates in finding recruitment and hiring solutions.
* Manage both sides of the relationship throughout the interview process in order to provide a best in-class service to client and candidates alike resulting in successful placements.
Experience:
* Previous experience in Sales or Recruitment, potentailly HR if heavily involved in recruiting, within the role
