Here at Sky Personnel we are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team and support our operations.
It’s an extremely versatile role where no two days are the same and will suit a people person who is friendly, outgoing and is able to easily build rapport with potential candidates and clients.
As a Recruitment Consultant your duties will include interviewing potential candidates, developing business with local companies, maintaining accurate candidate/client records and general administrative duties whilst working within strict recruitment guidelines.
In addition you will:
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their hiring needs
* Identify, source, and engage top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals
* Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
* Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and clients
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (minimum of 2 years experience)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to handle multiple priorities
* A strong sense of self-motivation
* Results driven and goal-orientated mindset
* The drive to succeed and deliver exceptional service
