The Role
The role is for an experienced candidate from a quality inspection background to work as a quality inspector for a leading precision engineer specialising in the manufacture of automotive and motorsport components. You will be responsible for inspection of components using a manual CMM (which training can be provided for) and hand-held measuring devices such as micrometres, verniers, callipers & gauges.
* Quality Inspection of CNC machined automotive components – using hand-held devices.
* FAIR’s & PPAP creation.
* CMM inspection – training provided.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following attributes;
You will have 2+ years of exposure in a quality inspection role preferably within the automotive or motorsport industry (although other precision engineering industries will be considered). Any CMM experience would be extremely advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
