Production Technician & Assembler – High Wycombe
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for experienced Production Technicians to join our client based in High Wycombe.
The technician's role is to perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. They would run tests on all assemblies and equipment to test for safety and productivity before they are put into production.
Salary: £24,000 – £30,000
Hours: 9am-5:30pm
Duties:
– Prepare and assemble materials
– Preform complex and advanced assembly of displays according to established specifications and instructions
– Utilise assembly and test procedures to promote production of quality products
– Perform equipment assembly according to technical drawings
– Perform pre-assembly activities such as cleaning and lubricating.
– Perform final checks and adjustments for any snags to ensure high quality finishes
– Perform installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacing, refitting, and adjusting
displays as required.
Requirements:
– Great attention to detail
– Basic computer knowledge
– Ability to use power tools
– Own licence due to the location
