K&D is currently recruiting for a Production Operative on a late shift for our client based near Aylesbury.
Do you have experience working within a factory environment?
Has your previous experience included working with hand tools?
We are recruiting for a number of Production Operatives due to an uplift in our client's business and they have positions available depending on your skill set in three different departments, Assembly, Laminating, or Spray.
Duties may include assembly work, working with metalwork, pipework, and electrics and you will follow instructional drawings.
They may include spray laminating, using spray guns OR you will be responsible for manufacturing activities including carrying out moulding and de-moulding processes.
The role is a permanent full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 2 pm to midnight.
The starting salary is £26,562, there is also a clear development plan which offers salary increases at each level you reach, up to £32K which you can achieve after 12 months of service!!
