Job title: Production Engineer
Salary: up to £38k
Location: Aylesbury
My client is looking for a Production Engineer to join their team, the ideal candidate will be one who is used to managing manufacturing processes. You will observe, understand and improve the processes and practices. You will design and implement new processes to increase efficiencies.
Duties:
* Ensure sustained production
* Create and implement work instructions
* Identify new equipment that will improve manufacture speed and quality
* Ability to design jigs, fixtures and tooling to aid the manufacture and quality of parts
* Create engineering drawings for use both internally and externally
* A clear and demonstrable understanding of engineering and manufacturing practices
* An understanding of SolidWorks
