Primary School Teacher in Aylesbury (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Supply Desk are pleased to offer a full time teacher role in a Primary School teaching KS1 or KS2, competitive pay, start in April 2023 or September 2023. Due to the schools set up and experienced teaching staff the school can accommodate this position in either KS1 or KS2.

The role
To plan opportunities to develop the academic, social, emotional and cultural aspects of pupils’ learning.
To maintain a regular system of monitoring, assessment, record-keeping and reporting of children’s progress
To ensure effective use of support staff within the classroom, including parent helpers
To participate in staff meetings and extracurricular activities as required.
Contribute to the development and coordination of a particular area of the curriculum
To ensure that school policies are reflected in daily practice
To continue to access professional development
To promote the welfare of children and to support the school in safeguarding children through relevant policies and procedures
Maintain effective behavior management within your classroom
The candidate
QTS (either a PGCE or Cert Ed.)
Experience working with the Primary National Curriculum in the UK
DBS on update service and eligibility to work in the UK
Proven track record of raising attainment
Experience in SATs preparation for KS1/KS2 would be an advantage
