HR Manager – Aylesbury – 3 Month Contract – Part- time
Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a 3 month contract?
Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for an HR Manager for our school client based in Aylesbury.
Hours: Term times 9am – 2:30pm
Hourly Rate: £18-£20 per hour
Duties:
– Maintain the Single Central Record in line with Ofstead requirements
– Providing advice and guidance on a range of HR act
– Managing HR related enquiries or requests
– Arranging staff recruitment advertising, reviewing advertising channels to ensure good quality candidates
– Managing all staff personnel files, both in hard copy and on Google, ensuring all records are managed in line with GDPR policy and to provide accurate information for the workforce census
Requirements:
– Must have experience working within the Education industry
– An enhanced DBS on the update the service
– CIPD Level 5
– Proficient in HR Software
