As an Outreach Support Worker you will be going out in the community and supporting in an Emergency Accommodation Unit supporting vulnerable adults experiencing rough sleeping, homelessness, substance misuse and ex-offenders across Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
You will be going out into the community from 6am-9am twice per week engaging and verifying rough sleepers and referring them to emergency accommodation. You will also work within their 6 bed emergncy accomodation unit, supporting clients with find more permanent accomodation.

Weekly PayTo be considered for this Outreach Support Worker position, you must have:
Experience working with vulnerable adults who are experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and substance misuse is preferred
Drivers Required – Full UK driving licence
