Operations Manager Supported Living Aylesbury/Banbury
£50k plus £8k bonusSalary will raise after 6 months
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting an Operations Manager role from Buckinghamshire or Oxfordshire.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager/Multi site Manager from the care sector to oversee services within their supported living provisions. You will oversee 5 homes in Aylesbury and Banbury who support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses who are prone to exhibiting incidents of challenging behaviour. You will have gained experience in supporting complex individuals and the associated challenges this presents, and will be able to demonstrate an ability to achieve outcomes which assist the reduction of incidents alongside those individuals.
Our Operations Manager will be committed to working towards excellence, you will demonstrate professional leadership whilst inspiring your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. Your team will support service users to achieve their goals and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities, and other initiatives.
Requirements of Supported Living Operations Manager
NVQ level 5 Adults and Children
Experience managing a service for 16 plus with additional needs
Aware of Ofsted rules and requirements
