Office Administrator – Worminghall

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator for our client based in Worminghall.

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (DOE)

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Duties:

– Maintaining current client relationships, ensuring all their needs are met, daily communication through email and telephone.
– Planning and booking incoming work making sure the internal system is updated and the engineers' calendars.
– Creating weekly performance reports for the managers

Requirements:

– Knowledge of Word/Excel
– Excellent telephone skills
– Highly organised
