I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their medium sized nursing home / care home in Buckinghamshire commutable from Aylesbury, Milton Keynes etc. I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, luxury care home.
The care home / residential home offers nursing and residential care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users and is currently operating to an excellent standard.
The service requires a hands on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care.

– Must be a qualified Nurse RGN / RMN
– Strong care home management skills
– Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
– Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
– Strong CQC knowledge
– Experience of managing compliant care homes
