Our client is a Mortgage Brokerage based in Aylesbury and they are looking for X3 Mortgage Advisors to work from a busy estate agency, (Opportunities in both Milton Keynes and Aylesbury)
This role is self-employed position but is extremely supportive and provides lots of quality leads coming through on a daily basis.
Responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor;
* Providing impartial advice to all customers on mortgage and protection products
* Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
* Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
* Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Experience required as a Mortgage Advisor;
* CeMAP & CAS
* 1 year minimum working as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Benefits as a Mortgage Advisor;
* Regular leads provided
* 50% commission paid on all leads provided and 70% for any self gen
* Full admin support & pre-qualified leads
* Flexibility location wise (3 days minimum working in the Estate Agency and the flexibility to work remotely)
* All fees covered
We get a lot of applicants on our Mortgage Advisor roles so cannot respond to everybody – as long as you hold experience then you will receive a call from us
