Position: Mechanical Assembly Fitter
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Location: Aylesbury
Mechanical Assembly Fitter required for client based in Aylesbury. The need is due to rapid company growth, the successful candidate will be joining a thriving business. They have an exciting opportunity for an Mechanical Assembly Fitter to join their team. This position is well-suited to a person who have some form of assembly or production/manufacturing experience.
You will be responsible for:
To carry out fitting /assembly work as directed by Production Leader.
Operate fixed and hand -held machinery and have an eye for detail.
Assembling heat exchanger units from pre-manufactured parts, candidates will need to be mechanically orientated,
To adhere to working instructions as specified internally from engineers, project manager and supervisors.
To follow all Health & Safety requirements.
Participate in the quality control processes.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Work to a high standard of manufacturing.
The ability to:
Solve problems,
Work under pressure,
Prioritise.Basic Requirements and Qualifications:
An NVQ/BTech Mechanical qualification
The ability to read engineering drawings
Must be able to work under your own initiative, but also to work as part of a team
Computer literacy

Shift 1 : 6 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday with a 30 mins unpaid break to be taken at 10.00 to 10.30 am
Or:
Shift 2: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday with a 30 mins unpaid break to be taken at 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm
