Lecturer – Maths GCSE & Functional Skills
Aylesbury/Wycombe Campuses – full time 35 hours / 52 weeks – Perm role
Salary: £29,260 unqualified to £33,619 qualified – an Industry Sector Payment of up to £6k (£3k to start and then another £3k when completed probation – 9 months)
Eden Brown Education is working with a leading Further Education College in Buckinghamshire to recruit GCSE and Functional Skills Maths Lecturer to teach primarily adults.
You will ideally have experience teaching GCSE and Functional skills mathematics. Successful candidates must have a passion for the subject, be highly motivated, dedicated and organised, as well as having effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Applicants are required to have
* Recent experience delivering Maths GCSE and Functional skills
* The ability to engage different learners through a range of teaching resources.
* A recognised teaching qualification (min DTLLS/PGCE)
* An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is on the update service, or be prepared to apply for one
