Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Milton Keynes, Home Counties.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £38k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor.
Profile: Our client specialises within the water treatment / legionella industry, providing legionella duties to clients across a mixed range of sectors across the UK.
Due to an increase in contracts, they are now looking to recruit a hard-working Legionella Risk assessor to undertake risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines across a wide range of sites. The ideal candidate will hold extensive knowledge of the Water treatment industry and have good working knowledge of the relevant Health & Safety legislations.
Applications will be considered from: Luton, Bedford, Wolverton, Winslow, Astwood, Bletchley, Aylesbury, Dunstable, Biggleswade, St Albans, Stevenage, Watford, Hitchin, High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead, Chelmsford, Brentwood Harlow.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the City and Guilds in Legionella risk assessing or WMS equivalent.
” Will have extensive experience and knowledge of undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on a mixed range of sites in line with ACOP L8 Guidelines.
” Must have strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
The Role:
Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments, in line with ACOP L8.
Using information from assessments to provide detailed reports for clients.
Providing clients with pricing, quotations and recommendations on works that need to be carried out.
Undertaking Monthly temperate monitoring, Testing and water sampling.
Carrying out surveys on water systems and supplies.
Communicating with clients and maintaining good working relationships.
