Salary – £29,260 unqualified to £33,619 qualified – plus an Industry Sector Payment of up to £6k
Eden Brown Synergy is working with a leading Further Education College in Buckinghamshire to recruit for a Lecturer in carpentry & joinery.
The College requires a high level of professional knowledge, skills and experience and understanding of the subject area. You will ideally have relevant teaching or training experience along with a teaching or training qualification. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal are key to this post. You will enjoy sharing your industry experience through the delivery of top quality lessons that engage learners, supporting them to achieve their goals.
Applicants are required to have
* Evidence of personal professional practice in carpentry & joinery
* Teaching up to NVQ Level 3
* Must possess GCSE Maths and English (minimum Grade C) or equivalent
* A recognised teaching qualification (min PTLLS)
* Assessor qualification (desirable)
* An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is on the update service, or be prepared to apply for one
