A primary school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. The Learning Support Assistant will provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and contribute to their overall growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Support students with diverse learning requirements in small group and one-on-one settings.
Conduct intervention sessions to facilitate their progress.
Assist students with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Emotional and Behavioural Disorders (EBD).
Tailor lessons to accommodate individual learning styles.
Requirements:
A sincere commitment to supporting students with SEN.
Previous experience in a mainstream school working with SEN students is advantageous but not mandatory.
Willingness to commit to a contract that may lead to a permanent position.
Enthusiasm for contributing to the education and well-being of students.
