Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to support student learning.
Assist in implementing individualised education plans and provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
Support classroom activities, including group work and practical demonstrations.
Provide guidance to students, helping them develop essential skills, confidence, and resilience.
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by promoting good behaviour and conflict resolution.
Assist with administrative tasks related to student records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Enthusiasm for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and staff.
Energy, commitment, and a proactive attitude toward supporting student development.
