We are supporting an excellent Headteacher (also a National Leader for Education) hire for a number of SEND schools located in Buckinghamshire. If you are an enthusiastic, dynamic, empathetic and warm hearted teaching assistant / behavioural support role you could be working with very small. classes. Pupils are experienced behavioural, complex needs and often from very challenging backgrounds.

You will be based in Aylesbury – Buckinghamshire. Primary or secondary TA's  are very welcome to apply. The school are looking for TA's who can take a trauma approached and nurturing attitude. You will need resilience  but well backed by very experienced teachers.

A behaviour support role worker will be within driving distance to the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Within 1.5 hours via train to London from Aylesbury. A great base for a Teaching Assistant. This is an on going supply based Behavioural Support role.
