We are seeking a talented Laboratory Development Analyst to be a key player in our client's cutting-edge laboratory innovation team. Our client is at the forefront of scientific discovery and innovation. They have modern state-of-the-art laboratories, where ground-breaking ideas become reality.
You will be responsible for driving laboratory efficiency and enhancing processes to ensure the highest quality results.
Your primary objectives will include:
Developing and optimising laboratory protocols and procedures
Analysing and interpreting data to drive improvements
Identifying and implementing cutting-edge laboratory technologies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows
Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues
Documenting and reporting on laboratory advancementsTo be considered for this position, you will need to have:
Strong technical understanding of laboratory equipment / instruments and how they function
Excellent problem-solving and comunication skills
A strong understanding of laboratory SOP's and processes
Ability to understand and implement cross disciplinary solutions for laboratory processes
Pro-active attitude towards process improvement
Confident to work independently as well as a team player: able to collaborate closely with other functions and individuals (specifically PMO and Sales)In return our client offers:
