Primary Teacher – Maternity Cover
A superb, new and modern primary school located in a fantastic development on the outskirts of Aylesbury is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced primary teacher for a maternity cover position. The school boasts state-of-the-art facilities, respectful and well-behaved pupils, and a hardworking team of staff, making it the perfect place for a dedicated teacher to continue their career.
The position is full-time, with a daily rate of between £145-£195, and will be for at least the end of the academic year.
Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging and effective lesson plans
Assessing and evaluating student progress
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current in the field
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
A valid teaching certification or license
A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching primary school students
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
