We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates, support assistants, Health & Social Care qualified applicants, or those with experience or transferable skills to  work as Inclusion Teaching Assistants at Primary schools Across High Wycombe and Buckinghamshire.

If you are looking for a job that is a far cry from your nine to five office job, where no two days are the same then this is the role for you. Whether you are working on a one to one basis with a child who needs additional support, or supporting groups of students with additional needs. Working as an Inclusion Teaching Assistant is an exceptionally important job, supporting students with a range of needs including Autism and other special educational needs and disabilities.

Working as an Inclusion Teaching assistant will provide you with the skills and experience to start your career in education while also helping children to get the most out of theirs.

You will be working as part of a team, getting the opportunity to work in a truly rewarding environment. Working in a primary school you also get the added benefit of a varied national curriculum so as well as supporting with the core subjects such as English, maths and science you will be able to enjoy physical education, history, art and drama with children who will be learning these things for the first time and seeing the world through fresh eyes.

We are looking for people with bags of energy, a positive can-do attitude and some experience of support children or vulnerable adults this can be from volunteer placement, extra-curricular clubs or sports or from placements. However we also look at transferable skills and work experience. What counts is that you can demonstrate a passion for working with children and are able to provide references from recent employment, university, college or volunteer placement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
