Reporting directly to the Operations Director, your role is designed to shape the engineering journey of INDSS.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in specialist HV and LV test equipment
Knowledge of protection relays on both HV and LV equipment.
Comprehensive understanding of HV and LV safe operation, from installation to commissioning.
Team-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of legislations and regulations related to specialist HV electrical works.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to read drawings of electrical systems in order to understand and safe isolation and writing of switching schedules.

The Person

Diploma in Electronic and Electrical Engineering & HNC qualification.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
Further A-level or BTEC in mathematics or related subjects.
Expertise and understanding the safe use and care of specialist HV test equipment.
Comprehensive understanding of HV and LV apparatus.
Knowledge of legislations and regulations related to electrical works.
Strong interpersonal skills.
A proven strong health and safety attitude and behaviour
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and safe isolation and earthing procedures.
