Role: Hospitality and Catering Lecturer with a focus on Professional Cookery
Location: Aylesbury
Pay rate: £29ph PAYE / £33ph UMBRELLA
Eden Brown Education are working with a leading Further Education College based in Buckinghamshire to recruit Hospitality and Catering (Chef) Lecturer for 16+ aged students on temporary contract for part-time, 19 hours a week.
What we're looking for:
* A DBS on update service is required for this role
* You will have extensive kitchen experience and a professional cookery qualifications to Level 3 or above.
* No prior experience of teaching, but it would be beneficial to have some mentoring or training experience.
* Ideally a Certificate in Education or PGCE
* If you are passionate about the industry, have innovative ideas to inspire students, and are 'on trend' with your cooking practise then this is an exciting opportunity.
