Home Energy Advisor – Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for Home Energy Advisors for
Our client is currently expanding their services and are on the lookout for suitably qualified advisors to join their delivery team.
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000
Hours: 9am-5pm
Duties:
– Confidently advise residents on most effective use of energy, relative to their individual circumstances, face to face, and via the telephone.
– Accurately document all engagement with residents in line with company processes
– Use initiative to provide solutions to a variety of residents challenges with energy costs and usage
– Working effectively with internal departments to help deliver our full range of all services
– Proficiently update CRM software systems and MS Office systems
Skills and Knowledge:
– Proven qualification in energy efficiency or Domestic Energy Assessor
– DBS check
– Current knowledge of the energy efficiency and fuel poverty space
– Passionate about helping people
– Customer focussed
