Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
Support and nurture students' development, fostering a positive learning environment.
Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to enhance the educational experience.
Assist with administrative tasks, lesson planning, and resource development.
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
Previous experience in a similar educational role.
A deep understanding of educational best practices and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to engage and inspire students.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced educational environment.
Qualifications:
HLTA Level 4 qualification or higher.
Enhanced DBS (or a willingness to get one).
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
A passion for education and helping students succeed.
