Health Care Assistant required for Care and Nursing homes based in Aylesbury.
Candidates would be required to perform all aspects of personal care for the elderly and younger adults, interacting with service users who may exhibit traits of the following:
* Dementia
* Old Age
* Physical Disability
* Behavioural problems
It is a mandatory requirement for this role that candidates have completed Practical Manual Handling training and be able to provide two years of employement references
As a Tezlom Employee.
* You will be assisting residents with all aspects of personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals, updating records and supporting them with daily life skills.
* You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships and promote the residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.

A Health Care Assistant should:
* Be able to converse fluently in English
* Be punctual and have good work ethics
* Be caring and compassionate
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Be able to provide two professional references
* Have a minimum of 6 months experience as carer
