Health Care Assistant required for Nursing and Care homes based in the Aylesbury area!
Practical manual handling required!
Candidates would be required to perform all aspects of personal care for the elderly and younger adults, interacting with service users who may exhibit traits of the following:
* Dementia
* Old Age
* Physical Disability
* Behavioural problems
For this role it is mandatory that candidates have at least 1 year experience in this role and be able to provide employment references covering the past 2 years.
As a Tezlom Health Care Assistant
* You will be assisting residents with all aspects of personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals, updating records and supporting them with daily life skills.
* You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships and promote the residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.

A Health Care Assistant should:
* Be able to converse fluently in English
