Selected schools offer teacher training upon successful completion of the Teaching Assistant year

Each year, Tradewind St Albans collaborates with numerous graduates to provide their first taste of classroom-based roles in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. These opportunities, available across a range of primary schools, offer an excellent introduction to the world of education and teaching. No prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals with a strong academic background, vibrant personalities, and a diligent work ethic!

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you can expect the following:

A paid role at £85 per day, starting in September and continuing throughout the academic year, subject to satisfactory performance.
