Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge as a Food Production Operative? If so, we have a full time position available in Haddenham, HP17 8LB.

You will be working on behalf of a well-known food production company ensuring customers receive the best products.

Pay Rate as a Food Production Operative:

Pay Rate Days

Basic: £11.15 per hour
Overtime 1: £14.67 per hour (Monday to Saturday)
Overtime 2: £19.56 per hour (Sunday and Bank holidays)
Daily attendance bonus: £10.29 per day when worked over 6 hours per day and if you are
able to work both AM and PM shifts.
Pay rate Nights

Basic: £13.04 per hour
Overtime 1: £19.56 per hour (Monday to Saturday)
Overtime 2: £26.07 per hour (Sunday and bank holidays)
Typical hours as a Food Production Operative will be:

Days: 06:00- 14:00 | 13:45- 22:00 early finish on Friday at 20:45
Nights: 21:45 – 06:00 Monday to Thursday, Friday 20:30- 3:30
You will be working Monday to Friday with early finishes on Friday!
As a Food Production Operative you will be responsible for:

Weighing and checking raw materials before production
Packing packets of sauces on a production line and working towards deadlines and
targets
To ensure food safety measures are adhered
To run quality checks post-production.
To carry out simple repetitive standard operating procedures
