Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Valve Engineer required to join a fuel and liquid handling and flow control equipment.

The Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Valve Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance on various industrial pump systems at customer sites across the UK.

The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Valve Engineer will ideally have an engineering background in Filtration, hydraulics, valves, pumps, pump systems, motors, rotating equipment.

A candidate with a background within the automotive sector/ car mechanic would be considered for this role.

Package
£28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.

Company vehicle – door to door pay.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Valve Engineer Role
To provide electrical and mechanical repair, service and maintenance of industrial hydraulic equipment at customer sites.
The Valve Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance, provide advice, diagnostics, fault finding of industrial filtration systems including pumps, motors, valves & more.
Maintain, repair and install equipment in the workshop near Aylesbury and at customer sites UK wide.
Installing flow control products into all forms of the manufacturing industry.
Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various flow control equipment.
Liaise with various engineering departments.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Valve Engineer Requirements
Proven diagnostic skills on complicated hydraulic systems.
Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer , Service Technician, Installation Engineer, Filtration Engineer , Pump Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, M&E Engineer, Electro Mechanical Engineer or similar.

Assist in the workshop near Aylesbury being involved in the strip-down, inspection and reporting and re-build of hydraulic and pneumatic systems repairs when required.
Good working knowledge of three phase electrics and controls is advantageous.
Will ideally have an engineering background within filtration, hydraulics, valves, pumps, pump systems,
An engineering qualification would be advantageous.
Full UK driving licence & Travel UK wide when required
