Resolute Recruitment are currently recruiting for Field Service Engineers for one of our valued clients based in Buckinghamshire. This will be a permanent position, within an exciting business that are experiencing a lot of growth. This will be a Field based role.

Location: Buckinghamshire (Field Based Role)
Salary:
• £24,000 – £43,000 Base Salary (Dependent on Experience)
• £35,000 – £65,000 OTE with regular overtime (Dependent on Experience)
Field Service Engineer – Job Overview:
Formed in 1976 our client is now proudly one of the largest JCB sole franchises in the world. They specialise in selling new and used JCB machinery into the Construction, Agriculture and Industrial industries and then aim to provide those machines with the finest level of product support available in the world today.
They are seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to join their team. You will conduct diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on JCB machinery.

The Company runs from five fully equipped offices, stores and workshop facilities,
Field Service Engineer – The Role:
• The main duties of this role are Machine Diagnostics, Servicing and Repairs to all JCB product ranges.
• This is a customer facing role which requires you to build strong customer relationships within the Service sector of our clients business.
• You will need to promote and present a professional image and offer service solutions to customers and frequently liaise with the manufacturer JCB.
• The objective of this role is to provide the customer with a World Class customer service experience.
Field Service Engineer – Job Requirements / Attributes:
• NVQ Level 2, 3 or equivalent and have experience in the construction, HGV or agriculture heavy plant machinery sectors including servicing and maintenance.
• Experience on hydraulic systems, open and closed loop, axles, transmissions manual and power shift, cam-bus electrical systems and working on JCB machinery or equivalent.
• Portfolio of certification/achievements required.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Teamwork, ability to work confidently within a group and on your own.
• Drive and determination to get things done, make things happen and continually looking for better ways of doing things.
• Analysing and investigating, ability to gather information systematically to establish facts for problem solving
• Flexibility, ability to adapt successfully to changing situations and environments
• Ability to act on own initiative, and be proactive in finding solutions
• Logical and timely approach to the completion of paperwork.

Field Service Engineer – Shift Pattern:
• This is Monday to Friday position – Field based – 40 hrs per week – 08:00am – 16:30pm + Regular Overtime
