We are recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor or Senior Care Assistant in the Aylesbury area of Buckinghamshire to join an excellent homecare/domiciliary care provider. This is a permanent, full-time job vacancy.
This Field Care Supervisor job could be perfect for a Senior Care Assistant who is ready for the next step in their career, or an existing Supervisor looking for a fresh opportunity.
* £25K – £28K per annum DOE.
* Full-time hours including participating in on call rota.

Your Role
As their, Field Care Supervisor, you will be part of a fabulous team who all share the same values. They currently support around 40 clients and have a team of 18 Care Assistants. They are looking for you to provide support to the Care Assistants, carry out supervisions and assessments, provide mentorship, ensure care plans are updated, and you will play a key role in ensuring that only the highest standard of care is provided. You will have all the support needed from a great team and with the branch in an exciting period of growth, there will be lots of progression opportunities in the future.
Criteria
* Experience in the homecare/domiciliary care sector – essential.
* Level 3 Health & Social Care – desirable.
* Experience in a Senior/Supervisor/Team Leader role – desirable.
* Car Driver with access to a vehicle – essential.
