Cordius is working with a specialist precision manufacturer who predominantly works within the automotive and motorsport sector.
Our client, based in Aylesbury is recruiting Fabricator welders and can offer a very competitive salary of up to £40k (DOE) along with great benefits.
Job Welder Fabricator
Hours: 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £40,000. DOE
Requirements:
* Experience working with Stainless Steel, Inconel or Aluminium.
* To cut, assemble and fabricate/weld, for the most part in jigs, metallic assemblies.
* Fabrication experience within the Automotive/Motorsport sector would be ideal, however we will consider skilled fabricators looking to join the industry.
* Familiarity of working from technical drawings is essential.
* Ability to work within a team, but also but also use initiative and enjoy the responsibility of working on their own.
* Be responsible for quality and timely completion of parts to agreed standards, based upon the information in the drawings, works orders and job information packs.
* Liaise with the supervisor ensuring they have a full understanding of requirements of each job.
* Strict attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Ensure health and safety guidelines are always followed.
