TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabric Technician to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a retail pharmacy contract in the Aylesbury area.
As a Fabric Technician in the company your duties will be but not limited to –
* Basic painting and decorating to shop floor, offices, kitchens, and staff rooms.
* Basic electrical and plumbing repairs to lighting, sockets, and switches, taps and toilets, kitchen units.
* Basic carpentry repairs to doors, frames, cupboards, tables and chairs, minor architraves also locks and door handles.
* Basic plastering and rendering – small patchwork repairs.
The starting salary for this role is £31,364 per annum.
40 hours per week from Monday – Friday working 0800 – 1700. There will also be 1 in 3 weeks on call.
