Our client based in Buckingham is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their team providing technical support to their customers. You do not need to have an engineering or technical background as full training will be provided. However, you must be able to pick up technical jargon and retain information about our clients product range.
The successful candidate must have previous customer service experience, strong attention to detail skills and have a professional telephone manner. Strong IT skills are essential and an interest in the automotive industry would be an advantageous.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and 9.00am to 4.30pm on a Friday.
