Customer Service Support – 12 month Fixed Term Contract (must be able to start 6th November)

Aylesbury, Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £21,000- £24,500 dependent on experience

Monday-Friday 36 hours per week, working 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, hybrid working available after Induction

This role will be an integral role to the business as you will be supporting customers with their insurance claim enquiries. This company really care about their customers and they are trusted by their business partners and customers.

Responsibilities include:

Handling both inbound and outbound retention calls delivering an excellent service and supporting customer with the renewal policies
Managing retention and renewal calls and requesting information
Objection handling with various calls relating to policy cancellations, premium increases and claims decisions
Resolving customer complaints, work closely with the sales and customer service team when managing complex queries
Recording and maintaining accurate policyholder information using the in-house computer systems

Person Specification:

Proven contact centre experience
MS Office savvy
Polished questioning and listening skills
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written form
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
