My client based in Aylesbury is currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to work within their fun busy team.

The main purpose of this role is to respond to all customer enquiries appropriately, to ensure that administration and policy servicing is carried out accurately, on time and to agreed service levels.

This role will require you to possess excellent questioning and listening skills, and to communicate with precise comprehension clearly in both verbal and written form. You will be required to take ownership of your work by using your own initiative enabling you to problem solve.

For this role you will be able to work on a hybrid basis, based within the Aylesbury office one day a week. The full time working hours are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, you will also be required to work one Saturday morning in four, in return you will get a day off in the week.

Main Responsibilities of this role will include:

Handling call volume both inbound and outbound
Responsible for retention of customer policies
Objection handling including but not limited to; policy cancellations, premium increases, claims decisions.
Ensuring all documentation is professional and accurate.
Provide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all times
Record and maintain customer information accurately using an in-house system
