We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our brand-new distribution site based in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury (HP22) to support them in providing excellent customer service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

Handle all inquiries via telephone and mail professionally and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Ensure that Customers are kept up to date with waiting times and if any delays arise.
Keep in touch with the deliveries and management on a regular basis to ensure that accurate waiting times can be provided to customers
Provide administration support by maintaining recordsRequirements:

Have experience in a customer service role.
A high level of written and spoken English.
Experience of dealing with enquiries both in person and over the phone/email
Strong organisational skills
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)Shift patterns:

Monday to Friday
£11.50 per hour
Flexibility for you to work 8 hours a day between 07:00 – 19:00 (varying start times)
Temporary duration to last 6-8 weeksBenefits:
