The Company

We are recruiting for a Which-Award-winning national insurer. The Location

The successful candidates will be working in a stunning rural location just outside Thame, set on a private country estate featuring Grade 1 listed buildings and architectural features at every turn. You will work in a state-of-the-art office, newly converted in January 2022 with epic views across a valley and over a lake, with public footpaths into the countryside on the doorstep. You will enjoy complimentary cold drinks and refreshments, plenty of free parking, a private patio area (South facing!), communal on-site showers and electric car charging points. The office is less than 10 minutes from the vibrant market town of Thame with an array of eateries, boutique shops, pubs and restaurants and a stone’s throw from the famous village of Brill, featuring two fantastic pubs, a gourmet butchers and village stores.

The Role

Will be fun and varied … And it will challenge you. You will meet and talk to some very interesting clientele. In time and once certain thresholds have been met, you will be offered a level of flexible working, but wherever you are, everyday you will provide the highest levels of customer care whilst looking for opportunities to develop sales to facilitate business growth targets. Your exceptional service standards, accommodating vices and ‘can-do’ attitude will ensure that the Company continues to enjoy the highest volumes of repeat business and levels of client retention.

The Person

The ideal candidates will have the ambition and drive to meet realistic targets and you will be a natural builder of rapport, engaging in effortless conversation with our members. With an upbeat outlook oozing positivity, you will be an expert communicator, taking the time to listen and understand. Strong written communication skills are important for this role and most importantly you will become a trusted adviser and the voice of authority to your clients. Qualifications – 5 GCSE’s including maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent) Driving licence is also essential
