Customer Care Representative – Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £24,020.00 Per Annum plus bonus

Our client based in Aylesbury is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and managing customer accounts. If you have over 1 years' experience in a customer orientated role, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills, then we would love to hear from you!


Responding to customers enquiries, over the phone, on email, and live chat
First point of contact for any issues with base, install and further visits
Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
Managing customer accounts efficiently, scheduling queries, customer requests, and date moves
Working closely with other teams and departments, providing ad hoc support
Dealing and maintain collections and payment chasesRequirements:

Must have a clean UK driving license and own transport
1 year customer care experience in a customer orientated role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, work quickly and manage a varying workload
IT savvy and demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent problem solving and time management skills Benefits:
