Our well established Estate Agency client is currently seeking 2 individuals with great Customer Service experience to join their Property Manager teams in both Aylesbury and Buckingham as Junior Property Managers on a permanent basis with a base salary of £24,000 plus OTE to £26,000 with full ARLA training provided.
What will you be doing?
As a Junior Property Manager you will be working in a team of 4 and looking after a portfolio of around 150 properties managing both tenant and landlord relationships, as well as coordinating any maintenance or repairs that are required, as well as other duties such as booking inspections or end of tenancy cleans, as well as managing any disputes.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this Property Manager role you will possess amazing customer service skills and want to grow a career as a Property Manager. You will be a great communicator at all levels, IT literate and able to both multi task and prioritise whilst keeping good attention to detail.
