We are proud to be working with a major insurance company as they look to recruit committed Customer Retention Advisor for their Aylesbury-based contact centre operation. You must be able to demonstrate resilience, reliability, excellence in execution and confidence while speaking to customers.
As a Customer Retention Advisor, you will be responsible for taking a very high volume of calls from customers, wanting to either cancel or reduce their monthly payments, resolving simple complaints via telephone, email, and live chat.
You must take pride in providing an efficient and effective service, delivering first time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner achieving a high level of service to customers.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment, ideally within a contact centre.
Must Haves

Have rentention customer service experience.
Understanding the values you can provide whist being in customer service
Excellent telephone manner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a scheduled environment with the ability to multitask
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Experience working as a team
Able to work on rotaSalary: £21,000 – £22-000 (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: 20th Feb 2023.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday. (Hybrid 4:1)
