We’re recruiting for a proactive and driven individual to join the team of one of our clients based in Aylesbury.
You will be providing employment, tax and pay related support to new and existing contractors. Managing onboarding, resolving queries, giving proactive advice, anticipating problems, and resolving them before they occur.
Main forms of contact with contractors- phone calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
* Answering all inbound phone calls and emails from the contractor workforce.
* Taking ownership of the onboarding of new contractors to make sure that there is an understanding of the process of an umbrella company.
* Keeping accurate records of each inbound and outbound calls in detail on the company’s database
* Using the information on calls to help improve yours and your team’s performance.
* Be proactive in highlighting areas where additional training may be required.
* Completing surveys with existing contractors to help gain an understanding of their experience of working with the company.
