The Role – CRM and Data Manager
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Implement and take ownership of a new advanced CRM system
Work with analysts and developers on the testing of the new CRM program
Implement policies and procedures for CRM software administration
Manage client feedback and marketing data

To be considered for this role you will need:
Previous experience using and managing CRM systems
Experience implementing CRM software solutions
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
High level of computer literacy
Excellent data analysis skills
