We are currently working with an excellent client, a reputable residential developer, who are in the market for a Contracts Manager.
The role will be covering 4-5 sites in the Milton Keynes and Aylesbury areas.
The opportunity would also suit a Project Manager looking to take the next step in their careers.
Responsibilities include-
Work effectively as part of the senior management team
Responsible for effectively managing the construction function to ensure best practices are followed and costs are controlled.
Manage the Construction team to provide a quality product efficiently, professionally and safely within set budgets.
Providing effective line management of Site Managers of all levels.
Produce build programmes, Monitor and review in conjunction with Construction Director to ensure adherence to programmes.
Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
