This well-established external facades contractor work on a range of construction projects for a wide array of sectors including; residential, commercial, education, retail, and other projects. The company pride themselves on delivering a high-quality service to all clients and have therefore developed long term business relationships. These relationships have continued to increase their workload and they are now looking to bring an ambitious Construction Manager to join their growing New Build team.
In this role you will be working initially on a site based in Cambridgeshire, but later on sites across the UK, mainly in the South East. As specialists in the external facades sector, you will need to have experience and knowledge of construction management in this sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites from an operational and on-site aspects. You will be based from the Aylesbury office but will be required to travel to sites across in different regions (first project in Cambridgeshire) where you will meet with clients, monitor site progression, and have day-to-day overseeing of sites.

The Role:
Construction Manager for new build external façade projects
Overseeing construction on site
Responsible for Health & Safety and RAMS.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects run to time and budget
The Person:
Previous experience as Construction Manager in external facades
Roofing experience is essential – especially standing seam systems
SMSTS – CITB
IPAF ticket
Full UK Driving License
