Our client is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Residential Care Home Manager / Registered Manager, to manage one of their wonderful, boutiques, luxury nursing homes situated in the Aylesbury / Buckinghamshire / Oxfordshire borders area. This is one of the very best nursing homes in Buckinghamshire.
Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager applicants should be Nurse qualified (RGN / RMN / RN) or have nursing home management experience. Our client is really keen to hire someone with proven superior care delivery skills. They want someone who is care focussed but with strong business acumen. Candidates must have strong care knowledge and dementia care experience. They are keen to hire a high calibre manager who can ensure this luxury care home delivers the very best care. Home manager candidates MUST have COMMISSIONING EXPERIENCE.
As the Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will ensure residents receive the best possible care experience. You will join a care home provider that has very high care quality standards. Care Home Manager Requirements
To be considered for the position of Nursing Home Manager you will be required to have the following relevant experience;
– Experience as a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager
– Experience of Elderly Care
– NMC PIN / Nurse qualification – Beneficial
– Good Communication Skills
– Experience of managing luxury care homes
– Ideally you should have worked for a leading care provider
